S’more Dessert, Please! Biscuit, Chocolate and Marshmallow Treat

Anyone who enjoyed roasting marshmallows over a campfire in their youth to make a s’more will reminisce in this gooey concoction which has been adapted to make a dessert.

A blast of sweetness on a crunchy bite with a sticky topping, will leave you wanting more.

Ingredients

  • 2 large packets of Digestive Biscuits (or Graham Crackers)

  • 1 jar of Nutella (or Nut-free equivalent, if needed)

  • 2 large bars of baking chocolate (I use milk chocolate)

  • 4 large bags of marshmallows of any type

Directions

  • Spread a layer of Nutella over the biscuits and line them in a deep dish
  • Spread another layer of the same over the top to fill in the gapssmore biscuits layered
  • Place a layer of plain biscuits over the top of these and rest the chocolate bars on top
  • Add another layer of the chocolate spread biscuits over the top of the chocolate bars and cover completely with marshmallowscovered in marshmallows
  • Bake in the oven (170°) until the marshmallows have melted and gone slightly brownbaked marshmallows

Eat immediately and enjoy!
